REFLECTION
BEHAVIOURISM Behaviorism is a theory of behavioral development that can be measured, observed, and generated by students' responses to stimuli. Responses to stimuli can be strengthened by positive or negative feedback on the behavior of the desired condition. Punishment is sometimes used in eliminating or reducing improper actions, followed by explaining the desired action. The example of application that I applied from Behaviorism theory is providing a Google form for quiz and rewarding for the correct answer from it. It will responses to stimuli that can be strengthened by positive feedback on the behavior and they will pay more attention to what they are learning.
